The Covid-19/coronavirus global pandemic has created stress and uncertainty in our lives. In this environment it is more important than ever - and perhaps more difficult than ever - to practice self care.
On this episode, SHE RECOVERS founder Dawn Nickel joins Erin to talk with Dr. Vanessa Klugman and attorney Lisa Smith. Vanessa and Lisa are both SHE RECOVERS coaches and women in long-term recovery. The women share wisdom and specific suggestions on how to navigate this new world and ways to keep emotionally and mentally healthy in times of uncertainty.
