Episode 22: Becoming a Powerful Creator with Catherine Choi
Catherine Choi is the founder of SoYoung, a Canadian brand of lunch bags that offers consumers radical transformation through incremental change - and this is a theme in Catherine’s life.
While today she is a successful entrepreneur, 22 years ago Catherine was in the throes of heroin addiction. Her story of recovery shows what happens when we let go of blame and imposter syndrome, and take responsibility for our lives. Her story also shows the power and transformation of developing a varied toolbox of recovery.
Catherine’s patchwork of recovery includes meditation, nutrition, breath work, cold showers and plant medicine ceremonies. In this episode, she shares the intimate and healing knowledge that plant medicine ceremonies helped her to uncover.
